Aurora is a private housekeeping service for a small number of Las Vegas homes. The same vetted team every visit, a written plan for every room, and no need to ask twice.
You are almost never in the house while the work happens. You leave in the morning and come back to a room that feels different.
That is the whole job. Everything else is logistics.
Aurora takes a limited number of homes so that every property gets a named lead housekeeper who knows your finishes, your dog, and which cabinet the good glasses live in. Below is what most clients start with.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly. A standing day, a standing team, and a room-by-room checklist built during your walkthrough rather than pulled off a template.
The full detail pass. Baseboards, vents, inside appliances, grout, light fixtures, window tracks and the hard water that Las Vegas leaves on every glass surface it can reach.
Empty-house detail for closings, leases and estate transitions. Photographed on completion so you have documentation for the buyer, the landlord or the trust.
Drywall dust travels. We do the rough pass and the final pass, working with your builder's schedule so the house is photograph-ready on handover day.
For owners of short-term rentals and homes they visit a few weeks a year. Linens, restock, damage notes and a text with photos before the next guest arrives.
The morning before people arrive and the morning after they leave. Booked as a one-time visit or built into your recurring plan at a reduced rate.
Real houses, photographed before we started and after we locked up. Pull the handle across any image.
Four steps, in this order, for every home we take. It is the part most services skip, and it is the reason you will not be re-explaining yourself in month three.
Free, about forty minutes, in your home. We look at square footage, surfaces, pets, problem areas and what you actually care about. Some clients want the kitchen immaculate and do not notice the guest room. That is useful to know.
You get a room-by-room scope and a fixed price before anyone touches anything. No hourly billing, no surprise line items, no upcharge for a bad week.
Two to four people led by a named housekeeper who stays with your house, so you are not re-explaining the same details to a new crew every month. Everyone on your team is briefed on your specific surfaces and finishes before their first visit.
The lead does a walk of every room before locking up and texts you when the house is closed, so you know exactly when the house is yours again.

Aurora keeps a tight service radius so teams are not spending the day on the 215. If your neighborhood is not listed, ask. We add routes when there is enough density to do it properly.
Recurring service is quoted as a flat rate after the walkthrough, based on square footage, frequency and scope. Most Aurora homes fall between 3,000 and 8,000 square feet. Deep cleans and post-construction are quoted separately. You will have the number in writing before you commit to anything.
No, and most clients are not. We work from a code, a lockbox or a smart lock, and the lead texts you on arrival and again when the house is closed. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too.
We bring our own professional products and equipment as standard. If you would prefer non-toxic or fragrance-free products, tell us during the walkthrough and we will use them. We are also happy to work with whatever you already keep in the house, which many clients prefer for natural stone, unsealed wood and specialty finishes.
Yes. Give us 24 hours notice and we will move you to your next scheduled visit, no charge and no explanation needed.
The walkthrough is free and takes about forty minutes. Call or text and we will get you on the calendar.
